How to Set Up a Campaign Recall Study

Campaign Recall is quick to launch because the survey template is pre‑built. You provide your campaign details, choose your audience, and add optional features such as open‑text feedback.

The platform then runs the study automatically, so within 7 days, you have clear results showing whether your campaign was remembered, associated with your brand, and whether the message stuck.

1. Campaign Details

Set up the key campaign information:

  • Campaign title → internal or external campaign name

  • Brand / product name → the brand or product featured in the campaign

  • Category → category or industry (e.g., beverages, fintech, retail)

  • Brands → your brand plus up to 4 competitors included (first 5 total free, additional competitors +$1,000 each)

  • Channels → select where the campaign ran (TV, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, OOH, search, display, radio, etc.)

  • Date range → specify when the campaign was live for accurate recall measurement


2. Define Target Audience

  • Sample size → starts at 300 respondents (base package)

  • Audience type

    • Nationally representative → captures the general market view

    • Custom audience → filter by age, gender, region, or campaign’s intended target

  • Location → choose from 150+ countries, down to city or state level

  • Audience Difficulty (IR) → real‑time gauge shows feasibility of your chosen targeting


3. Add‑Ons

Optional upgrades to enrich the study:

  • Open‑text feedback (+$390) → respondents describe in their own words what they remember: visuals, characters, emotions, or slogans

  • Larger samples → scale beyond 300 to improve precision and enable detailed segment cuts

  • More competitor brands → benchmark against additional brands if needed


4. Review & Pricing

  • Base package → from $2,450 for 300 respondents with 1 brand

  • Pricing updates automatically as you add sample size, brands, or modules

  • Every setup is verified by our team before launch to ensure feasibility and correct targeting


5. Launch & Reporting

Once launched:

  • Respondents complete the survey within days
