Don’t have your own audience? 👥 No problem: you can purchase respondents directly from within the platform. After designing your survey, go to Step 2: Target Audience to choose the number of participants, apply demographic filters, and calculate pricing.
Step 1. Select the number of respondents
Enter how many participants you want to survey. If you are unsure how many respondents you need. Have a look at our Sample Size Calculator.
Minimum audience: 100 respondents
Maximum audience: 5,000 respondents (for larger audiences, please request a custom quote or use an Enterprise plan)
You can purchase multiple audiences at once if you want to test different groups
Step 2. Define demographics
You can specify:
Country (base pricing starts at around $3/respondent)
City or specific location
Age range
Gender
Additional criteria (e.g. digital habits, work, lifestyle, health, devices, etc.)
💡 If you can’t find the demographics you need, use the Custom Criteria field. Just describe your audience, and our system will automatically estimate the audience difficulty (IR).
⚠️ Important: Additional criteria (standard or custom) are treated as exclusive filters, not combined “OR” logic.
Step 3. Understand pricing
Your cost depends on:
Country → Base price is typically $3/respondent
Demographics → Specific age/gender or criteria increase pricing
Survey length → Longer surveys cost more
Incidence Rate (IR) → Audience difficulty affects pricing

What is IR (Incidence Rate)?
IR measures how easy or difficult it is to find your requested audience.
Based on our database of survey responses (or estimated by AI for custom queries).
Example: Asking “all adults in New York” = High IR (easy), but “men, 45–55, EV owners, in New York” = Low IR (harder, higher cost).

Platform limitations & quotes
Our platform automatically adapts to your audience criteria to help ensure feasibility. For example:
If your chosen audience is very niche, the system may not allow you to select a large sample size.
If your audience is too small or too specific, you’ll see a message asking you to broaden your criteria or reduce your sample size.
If the platform does not allow you to proceed with your selection, don’t worry — you can click Get Quote. Our team will review your request and provide guidance.

Q: What if my custom audience is too specific?
Our AI will provide an estimated Incidence Rate (IR), and our team will confirm feasibility. If the platform blocks your audience, please adjust it to a more feasible size or criteria based on the platform’s recommendations. If you still need that specific audience, you can request a custom quote, and our team will review it for you.
Q: Why can’t I select the number of respondents I want?
Because the platform adapts to your targeting. If your audience is very niche, you may be asked to reduce sample size. To request a larger or more specific sample, please get a custom quote.
Q: Why did my price change after submission?
Pricing depends on survey length, targeting difficulty, and IR. Sometimes adjustments are needed after manual review.
Q: When will I receive my responses?
Typically within 24h to 1 week, depending on how easy your target group is to reach.
