Note some question type are only available when you survey your own audience

Essentials:

  • Multiple Choice: List down multiple choices for your respondents. You can choose to randomize the options or let participants choose multiple answers.

  • Open-Ended Question: Enable participants to provide detailed and unrestricted responses.

  • Likert Scale: Measure agreement levels on a topic using a scaled rating system (e.g., Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree).

  • Star Rating: Assess your respondents' sentiments toward a specific topic on a scale of 1 to 5. Higher ratings indicate a more positive evaluation.

  • Picture Choice: Opt for visual engagement by allowing respondents to pick images instead of text, with the option to randomize or select multiple answers.

  • Yes or No (Boolean): Get direct answers with simple yes/no options for straightforward questions.


Advanced:

  • Slider: Enable respondents to express opinions using a slider tool that allows them to visually indicate preferences on a scale.

  • Number: Collect numerical data only. This question type restricts inputs to numbers for quantitative analysis.

  • Constant Sum: Ask respondents to distribute points across options to show relative importance. The system validates that entries sum to the required total.

  • Matrix: Create grid-style questions where respondents evaluate multiple items using the same set of criteria.

  • Open List: Allow respondents to add multiple free-form text entries in a list format.

  • Matrix Slider: Combine matrix and slider functionality to let respondents rate multiple items on scales in a grid layout.

  • Ranking: Enable participants to arrange options in order of preference or importance.


Contact:

  • Email: Allow participants to provide their email addresses for follow-up or additional correspondence, allowing for a more personalized interaction.

  • Phone: Collect your respondents' phone numbers, enabling direct communication and follow-up when necessary.

  • Contact Form: Simplify information gathering with a contact form in your survey. Participants can provide details, such as name, email, and other relevant information.

Other:

  • Welcome Page: Create an introductory page that sets the tone for your survey without collecting responses.

  • Thank You Page: Add a concluding page to express appreciation to participants after survey completion.

  • Section: Organize your survey effectively by utilizing sections to group related questions.

  • Upload: Enable respondents to submit files, videos, or images, each with a maximum size of 10MB.
