Question by Question Analysis

Every question shows its sequential number, the total number of participants, and the overall count of answers gathered for that question. Additionally, it indicates the question type, such as single choice, multiple choice, ranking, matrix, etc.

Total Count vs. Split: Switch between viewing either the total count of answers or a split view.

  • Total Count offers an absolute perspective, displaying the percentage of each answer out of the total number of respondents.

  • Split Count provides a relative perspective, showing the percentage of each answer out of a total of 100%. This view adjusts percentages to ensure they sum up to 100%.

Table: Toggle to display the table, revealing the total number of responses per answer choice alongside their respective percentages.

Sort: Toggle to arrange answers in descending order from highest to lowest.

Chart Design: You can also customize the chart display for each question, choosing between vertical or horizontal bars, pie charts, or spider charts.

The three vertical dots (⋮) provide additional options: segment the questionnaire by socio-demographics, export the report in your preferred format, copy the chart's embed code for use elsewhere, or report any errors detected.

Each question may include a distinct descriptive analysis, featuring a general overview and specific insights tailored to factors such as age, gender, location, and more.
