Getting set up on Standard Insights Platform

🕹 How to get started with the Standard Insights Platform

Welcome to your dashboard

From here, you have multiple options:

1. Create a Survey & Purchase Respondents

Create a survey from scratch or with AI assistance. Access our audience panel to see real-time pricing and feasibility for your project. Pro plan users can also collect responses independently.

2. Import & Visualize Your Survey Data

Already have survey data? Click "Import Survey Data" and select from our 15+ compatible survey builders. Upload your data, confirm the mapping, and watch as it's automatically visualized for you.

3. Common Use Cases

Start with one of our five most common use cases and let our platform guide you in building research tailored to your specific needs.

4. Invite your colleagues.

To invite your colleagues to join the platform, head over to the My Team section. Please be aware that for confidentiality reasons, your colleagues will not automatically gain access to your existing projects.

NOTE: To add colleagues to a particular project, you will need to navigate to that specific project and add them by using the "+ add member" button located in the top right corner.

4. Complete your profile.

Click on your name in the bottom left corner to open your profile and account settings. Here, you can add your personal information, company information, and profile information. This information will only be used by our team to provide you with a more tailored experience. You can also use this page to reset your password and log out.

Personal Information: This section includes options to edit/update your first name, last name, country, timezone, email, phone number, and profile image. It is also where you can change your password.

Company Information: This section includes options to edit/update your company name, industry, company size, company address (street name and number, city, country), and company profile image.

Profile Information: This section includes options to edit/update your company profile information, such as your custom interest, industry, position, market research experience, and LinkedIn profile link.

Preference: This section enables you to choose from pre-saved presets or create new ones based on your color preferences—up to 10 colors.
