Learn how to manage your payment methods, billing records, invoices, and account credits in Standard Insights.

Accessing billing settings

  1. In the left menu, click your profile at the bottom.

  2. Select Account SettingsCredits & Billing.

  3. You’ll see your full billing dashboard.


Billing dashboard overview

From your billing dashboard, you can:

  • View invoices → all billing records are listed here.

  • Apply coupon codes → add a discount code if provided.

  • Manage credits → view history or top up credits.

  • Payment methods → add or update a credit card.

  • Billing address → update your company information for invoices.


Adding or updating a payment method

  1. On the billing dashboard, click + Add Credit Card.

  2. Enter your cardholder name and billing details (address, city, country, etc.).

  3. Add your card number, expiry date, and CVC.

  4. Click Save Card.


Important notes

  • You’ll need a valid credit card on file to upgrade beyond the free plan.

  • All invoices will be automatically issued to the billing address you provide.

  • Credits and coupons can lower your total due, depending on plan type.
