Visualize your survey data in minutes

Learn how to upload your survey results and instantly turn raw data into interactive, shareable charts and reports.

Updated over 3 months ago

Stop spending hours in spreadsheets. With Standard Insights, you can upload your survey file and transform it into interactive, customizable dashboards in just a few clicks.

Our tool supports imports from popular platforms—like SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Typeform, Google Forms, and more, or directly from Excel/CSV files.

Plans & limits

  • Free: Up to 200 respondents × 50 columns

  • Pro: Up to 5,000 respondents × 100 columns

  • Enterprise: Unlimited imports and data size

How it works

Step 1. Upload your file

  • Log in to your Standard Insights account

  • Upload your .XLS, .XLSX, or .CSV file

Step 2. Select the source

  • Select the source from 15+ supported platforms

  • If your platform is not listed, select My Project / Other.

Step 3. Match the columns

  • The system automatically detects your questions and columns

    • If automatic detection misses anything, click AI Detection at the top, or use the small AI star icons on each question to detect them individually.

  • Confirm detected question types (e.g., Multiple Choice, Rating Scale, Open-Ended)

  • Adjust manually if needed using the dropdown menus

Your data is ready!

After mapping, your interactive report is instantly generated.

From here you can:

  • Customize → Colors, chart types, logos, brand style

  • Analyze → Filter, segment, or ask our AI to summarize the results

  • Build dashboards → Combine charts to tell one clear story

  • Export & share → Secure links, password protection, PDF, PPT, PNG, CSV, SPSS

Survey Data Import Guidelines

You can import your data in two ways:

  • Manual mapping: Upload your Excel, then map each question.

  • Pre-mapping: Format your file in advance, so our system recognizes everything automatically.
